1 Scope

This procurement specification specifies the performance requirements, marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements for the purchase of alkali free fiberglass tape.

4 product performance requirements

4.1 the nominal structure is shown in Table 1.

4.4 appearance and shape

The appearance of alkali free glass fiber belt shall be free from uneven warp and weft density, holes, obvious joint marks, edge burr, inclusion or stain.

5 inspection rules

5.1 inspection methods and requirements

5.1.1 when the alkali free glass fiber belt is purchased, it must be inspected and accepted by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer before acceptance. Each batch of products shall be attached with the product quality inspection certificate of the manufacturer.

5.1.2 sampling method: take 2 or more samples for each specification,.

5.1.3 each batch of materials shall be attached with the warranty or test report of the supplier's materials.

5.2 test items

5.2.1 the inspection shall be carried out according to the inspection items specified in Table 5, and the necessary inspection items are appearance, size and quantity.

5.2.2 other performance shall be accepted according to the quality assurance certificate or test report of the material.

5.3 test conclusion

According to the different width and thickness, 1 roll of each type is selected for inspection. If the first test fails to pass the test, double the number of samples shall be taken for the second test on the unqualified items. If there are still unqualified items, the batch shall be judged as unqualified.

6 packing

The alkali free fiberglass tape shall be bonded with adhesive tape on the outside, and the outer package shall be sealed with moisture-proof plastic film and packed in dry and clean cartons with product certificate.

7 mark

The package shall be marked with the name of manufacturer, product code, specification, batch number, number or weight of rolls, date of manufacture, gross weight and net weight, as well as the period of validity.

8 transportation

During transportation, the alkali free fiberglass Belt should be kept dry and clean to prevent rain and damp.

9 storage

It should be stored in a clean, clean and ventilated warehouse.
