Meaning of specification representation
The specification is expressed by the number of cores, nominal section and voltage level
① Specification representation of single core branch cable: number of cables in the same circuit * (1 * nominal section), 0.6/1kv,
For example: 4 * (1 * 185) + 1 * 95 0.6/1kv
② Specification representation of multi-core stranded branch cable: number of cables in the same circuit * nominal section, 0.6/1kv,
For example: 4 * * 185 + 1 * 95 0.6/1kv
③ Specification representation of multi-core same sheath branch cable: number of cable cores × Nominal section - t, e.g. 4 × 25-T
Complete model specification representation
Because branch cables include trunk cables and branch cables. Moreover, their specification structures are different, so there are two expression methods:
① Represent the trunk cable and branch cable respectively,
For example: trunk cable: fd-yjv-4 * (1 * 185) + 1 * 95 0.6/1kv
Branch cable: fd-yjv-4 * (1 * 25) + 1 * 16 0.6/1kv
This method is particularly concise in design and can easily show the different specifications of branch lines
② Show the trunk cable and branch cable together, such as fd-yjv-4 * (1 * 185 / 25) + 1 * 95 / 16 0.6/1kv
This method is intuitive, but * * * is limited to the case where the branch cable is of the same specification, and cannot represent different specifications of the branch:
Since the branch cable is mainly due to the 1kV low-voltage distribution system, its rated voltage of 0.6/1kv can be omitted in the design and marking.
