Technical specification for dense color masterbatch for olefin insulation coloring
1 Scope
This specification specifies the model, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation and storage of dense color masterbatch for polyolefin insulation coloring (hereinafter referred to as color masterbatch).
2 model
The model of color masterbatch is shown in Table 1.

3 requirements and test methods
The requirements and test methods are in accordance with table 2.

4 inspection rules
4.1 inspection methods and requirements
4.1.1 for the color masterbatch produced by qualified suppliers, the product performance is stable (no quality problem occurs within one year and the product is returned), the inspection shall be conducted in two batches.
4.1.2 each batch of Color Masterbatch supplied by the new manufacturer shall be sampled and inspected. If the sample is qualified for five consecutive times, it shall be transferred to two batches of sampling inspection.
4.1.3 the color masterbatch of the designated manufacturer shall be inspected once, and the unqualified Color Masterbatch shall be sampled and inspected according to the provisions of ¥ supply materials.
4.1.4 for each batch of Color Masterbatch, the quality guarantee or test report of the supplier's material shall be attached.
4.1.5 sampling method
3 bags or more for each batch.
4.2 test items
4.2.1 the detectable items are volume resistivity.
4.2.2 the performance that cannot be tested shall be accepted according to the manufacturer's test report or warranty.
5 packaging and marking
The color masterbatch is sealed with two layers of plastic bags, each bag is 1.25Kg, and the outer bag is marked with color, model and proportion. The outer package is packed in cardboard box, 20kg in a box, and the name, model, manufacturer and production date of the product are indicated on the box.
6 annex
Color Masterbatch shall be delivered with product certificate and quality assurance certificate. The sampling type test report of the legal inspection department shall be attached to the first supply, and the sampling type test report of the legal inspection department of the current year shall be provided once every two years during the normal supply.
7 transportation
The color masterbatch should be loaded and unloaded lightly to avoid the sun and rain. Iron hooks are not allowed to be used to ensure the integrity of the package.
8 storage
The color masterbatch should be stored in a clean and dry place without moisture and high temperature above 50 ℃.
