1 Scope

This specification specifies the requirements, test methods, packaging, marking, transportation and storage of composite non-woven fabrics for cables (hereinafter referred to as composite non-woven fabrics).

2 requirements and test methods

The requirements and test methods are in accordance with table 1.

3 inspection rules

3.1 inspection methods and requirements

3.1.1 conduct random inspection at least once every 5 tons.

3.1.2 sampling method

Take 2 or more samples for each specification.

3.1.3 each batch of materials shall be attached with the warranty or test report of the supplier's materials.

3.2 test items

3.2.1 the inspection items are thickness, breaking strength and elongation at break.

3.2.2 other performance shall be accepted according to the manufacturer's warranty or test report.

4 packing

The nominal length of each roll of composite non-woven fabric is 400mm. It is allowed to deliver 5% short section (according to the volume) of each batch. No joint is allowed. The short section length shall not be less than 300 mm. The outer surface of the whole roll of composite non-woven fabric shall be bonded with adhesive tape, and the outer packaging shall be plastic bag or woven bag.

5 mark

Each roll of composite non-woven fabric shall be marked with product name, batch number, trademark, model and specification, weight, length and quantity, manufacturer and date of production.

6 annex

The composite non-woven fabric shall be delivered with product certificate and quality guarantee.

7 transportation

Anti fouling, moisture-proof, fire-proof, rainproof, strictly prohibited to scratch, not too heavy pressure, can not be thrown around, in order to avoid loose package.

8 storage

The composite non-woven fabric should be stored in a dry, ventilated and clean warehouse.
