Technical specification of polyester film for electrical insulation
1. Scope
This specification specifies the requirements, test methods, packaging, marking, storage and transportation of polyester film materials for electrical insulation.
2. Standards adopted
Refer to GB 13950-1992 polyester film for electrical insulation.
3. Requirements
3.1 appearance
The surface of the film should be smooth and smooth without particles, bubbles, wrinkles, conductive impurities and dirt (such as dirt and oil stains) on the surface. Fish eyes beyond the deviation range are not allowed. The edge of the film should be neat without damage.
3.2 specifications and dimensions
3.2.1 film roll supply.
3.2.2 length: each coil shall not be less than 500m, each coil shall not be more than 2 sections, and each section shall not be less than 200m. There shall be obvious marks and shall be tightly coiled on the core. The number of joints and the length of * * short section are shown in 3.4.
3.2.3 width and tolerance
Width and tolerance shall be in accordance with table 1.
Table 1 limit deviation of coil diameter and width mm
| Width | Roll diameter | Limit deviation | |||
| Film width | The film running height on the winding end surface is less than | ||||
| 8~15 | ≥ | one hundred and fifty | ±0.2 | zero point five | |
| >15~50 | ≥ | one hundred and eighty | ±0.3 | ||
| >50~150 | ±0.5 | ||||
| >150~300 |
two hundred and fifty | ~ |
four hundred and fifty | ±1.0 | one |
| >300 | ±2.0 | two | |||
3.2.4 film thickness and difference
The thickness and tolerance of the film are in accordance with table 2.
Table 2 film thickness and tolerance mm
| Nominal thickness | Tolerance |
| zero point zero four zero | ±0.007 |
3.3 performance requirements
The performance requirements of the film should meet the requirements of Table 3.
3.4 number of joints and length of * short section
The number of joints per coil and the length of * * short section shall be determined by both parties through negotiation. When not negotiated, the number of joints per roll and the length of each roll shall be in accordance with table 3.
Table 3 number of joints and * short length
| The number of joints is not more than | ***Short length, M Not less than | ||
| Width not more than 50mm | Width greater than 50 mm | ||

| three | four | three | one hundred |
4. Test method
The test items and methods meet the requirements of Table 4.
5. Inspection rules
5.1 inspection methods and requirements
5.1.1 conduct random inspection at least once a month.
5.1.2 sampling method: take 3 plates or more for each specification.
5.1.3 for each batch of films, the quality guarantee certificate or test report of the supplier's materials shall be attached.
5.2 test items
5.2.1 the inspection items include thickness, tensile strength, elongation at break and quantification.
5.2.2 other performance shall be accepted according to the manufacturer's warranty or test report.

6. Packaging
The film should be rolled on a hard paper or plastic cylinder, and each roll should be packed with moisture-proof paper or plastic bag and placed overhead in the packing box.
7. Signs
The name of manufacturer, product model, specification, batch number, date of manufacture, gross weight and net weight shall be indicated on each box of film. At the same time, mark "moisture proof" and "impact proof" on the box.
8. Attachments
The manufacturer's product certificate and quality assurance certificate shall be attached. The type test report of the legal inspection department shall be attached to the first supply, and the type test report of the current year's legal inspection department shall be provided once every two years during the normal supply.
9. Transportation
Avoid damp and mechanical damage during transportation.
10. Storage
It should be stored in a clean, dry and ventilated warehouse, away from heat sources and direct sunlight. The storage period is 12 months from the date of production.
