Note: 1) code meaning: m (muskovit) - muscovit; P (phlogopite) - phlogopite; S (synthetic mica) - synthetic mica (such as fluorophlogopite); G (glass cloth) - glass cloth; F (film) - Film (e.g. polyester film).
2) Other quantitative glass cloth or other thickness film is allowed to be used as reinforcement layer.
3) GB / t5019-1985 test methods for electrical insulating mica products (NEQ IEC 60317-2:1973).
4) The electrical performance at high temperature shall be conducted according to the following test methods:
In diameter φ On the 1.6mm copper wire, two layers of fire-resistant mica tape with thickness of 0.11mm and width of 10mm (or thickness and width of the test) are overlapped by 50%. Then two pieces of mica tape with pitch of no more than 100 mm are twisted together as samples and inserted into the tube furnace with the length of not less than 300 mm and suspended without contacting the pipe wall. The temperature in the middle of the tubular furnace shall be ± 10 ℃ as specified. When the temperature reaches 90 min, the insulation resistance between the two cores shall be measured with a (500-1000) V megger, and then the power frequency voltage of 1kV shall be applied for 1min.
3 requirements
3.1 thickness
The thickness of mica tape is in accordance with table 1.
3.2 width
The width and disc diameter meet the requirements of Table 1.
3.3 mechanical and electrical properties
The mechanical and electrical properties of mica tape meet the requirements of Table 1.
4 test method
The test items and methods meet the requirements of Table 1.
5 inspection rules
5.1 inspection methods and requirements
5.1.1 mica tapes produced by qualified suppliers (returned without quality problems within one year) shall be inspected at intervals.
5.1.2 each batch of mica tape supplied by the new manufacturer shall be inspected at random. After three consecutive samples are qualified, it can be transferred to another batch.
5.1.3 if the mica tape is found to be unqualified once, it shall be sampled in accordance with the provisions of ¥ supply.

5.1.5 sampling method: Take 1 plate or more from each batch.
5.2 test items
5.2.1 the inspection items are dimension and quantity.
5.2.2 the performance that cannot be tested shall be accepted according to the manufacturer's test report or warranty.
6 packing
The inner diameter of the coil shall meet the requirements of Table 1. The mica tape with the same model, specification and batch number shall be packed in a tight plastic bag or cylinder, sealed and packed in a packing box, which shall not be damaged during transportation and storage.
7 mark
7.1 the packing box shall be marked with color paint:
a) Name of manufacturer; B) product model, name and specification; C) gross weight;
d) The weight of each package and each stack or roll; E) "moisture proof".
7.2 each box shall be attached with product inspection certificate and marked with:
a) Name of manufacturer; B) product standard number; C) product model, name, specification and batch number;
