Technical Specification for filler strips for cables
1 scope of application
This specification is applicable to the recycled polyolefin plastic filler strip for cable filling, which is made of waste crosslinked polyethylene cable material, contaminated cross-linked polyethylene raw material or other polyolefin materials as the main raw material, adding appropriate amount of foaming agent or other additives, plasticized and extruded. The filler strip is suitable for non hygroscopic filling material of cable.
2 technical requirements
2.1 appearance requirements
The filler strip should be plasticized well, extruded evenly, with smooth surface and uniform color, without impurities and protrusions.
2.2 dimension of circular filler strip: in accordance with table 1.

4 inspection rules
4.1 inspection methods and requirements
4.1.1 conduct random inspection at least once every 5 tons.
4.1.2 sampling method: take two or more samples for each specification.
4.1.3 each batch of cable filler strips shall be attached with the warranty or test report of the supplier's materials.
4.2 test items
4.2.1 the inspection items are appearance and quantity.
4.2.2 other performance shall be accepted according to the manufacturer's warranty or test report.
5 packaging, transportation and storage
5.1 packaging
Each filler strip is a package, wrapped in a circle and wrapped with plastic film. There are labels on the outside, indicating the manufacturer, date, weight, etc.
5.2 transportation
The packing strip shall be protected from sunlight and rain during transportation.
5.3 storage
The filler strips shall be stored in a clean, cool, dry and ventilated warehouse.
