1、 Product introduction
Wdz-kyjy22 low smoke halogen-free control cable is designed according to iec227, iec1034 and iec332 international standards. It is used as control and monitoring circuit in low smoke, halogen-free, non-toxic and non-corrosive (pollution-free cable) flame retardant requirements
Low smoke halogen-free control cable has superior flame retardant performance, little smoke during combustion and no corrosive gas escape. It is widely used in nuclear power plants, subway stations, telephone exchanges and computer control centers, high-rise buildings, hotels, radio and television stations, important military facilities, oil platforms, etc., as well as places with concentrated personnel and low air density.

Low smoke halogen-free cable refers to an environment-friendly cable made of rubber without halogen (F, Cl, Br, I, at), lead, cadmium, chromium * * * and other environmental substances, which will not emit toxic smoke (such as hydrogen halide, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, etc.) during combustion.
The halogen pointer is: the value of all halogens ≤ 50ppm (according to regulation prEN 14582)
The content of hydrogen halide gas produced after combustion is < 100ppm (according to regulation en5067-2-1)
PH value of hydrogen halide gas produced after combustion dissolved in water ≥ 4.3 (weak acidity) (according to regulation en-50267-2-2)
The product passes through a beam of light after burning in a closed container, and its light transmittance is ≥ 60% (according to regulation en-50268-2)
Pb < 90ppm, CD, Cr6 +, Hg, PBBs and PBDEs were less than 5ppm
Purpose:

(1) The tensile strength is greater than that of ordinary PVC wires: the tensile strength of ordinary PVC wires is greater than 1.05kgf/mm2, while that of low smoke halogen-free wires is greater than 1.2kgf/mm2;
(2) Good weather resistance (- 30 ℃ ~ 105 ℃);
(3) Good flexibility (hardness 80-90);
(4) It has non mobility (because no plasticizer is added to the product formula, it will not have mobility);
(5) No toxic black smoke will be generated during combustion (a small amount of white smoke will be generated);
(6) It has high volume resistivity: PVC wire is generally 1012 ~ 1015 Ω / cm3, and low smoke halogen-free wire is greater than 1016 Ω / cm3;
(7) It has good high voltage resistance characteristics: PVC wires are generally resistant to more than 10kV, while low smoke halogen-free wires are up to more than 15kV;
(8) It has good elasticity and viscosity.
3. Low smoke halogen-free wire formula additive material:
(1) Linear PE and elastic PE are selected as the main resin, and three metal oxides containing crystal water are selected as flame retardant materials: loss of crystal water at 200 ℃, 300 ℃ and above 300 ℃.
