Purpose:

The self-supporting unfilled cable is suitable for urban and township telecommunication lines of local telecommunication network and private network lines connected to public network. The hanging wire and cable use the same outer sheath, which is economical and practical and convenient for installation and laying. Under the environmental conditions of - 30 ~ C - 60 ~ C, the mechanical and electrical properties of the cable remain unchanged.

Structure:

Conductor: annealed bare copper wire with diameter of 0.32, 0.4, 0.50, 0.60, 0.70, 0.80, 0.90mm.

Insulating material: high density polyethylene or ethylene / propylene copolymer. The color of insulating wire meets the full chromatographic standard.

Insulated wire pair: two insulated wires of different colors are twisted in pairs according to different pitches, and the specified chromatographic combination is adopted for identification.

Cable core structure: 25 pairs are taken as the basic unit, more than 25 pairs of cables are combined by units, and each unit is wound with the unit tie of the specified chromatography, so as to identify different units. 100 pairs and above of cables plus 1% of preparatory pairs. Cable core wrapping: wrap with polyester film tape.

Shielding: longitudinally wrap the cable core with rolled or non rolled metal tape, and overlap both sides. The plastic film coated on the surface of the shielding tape is bonded with the protective layer.

Sheath: black low density polyethylene.

Suspension wire: the suspension wire is 7-Strand galvanized steel strand with nominal outer diameter of 6.3mm and 4.75mm, and its tensile strength is not less than 3000kg and 1800kg respectively. The suspension wire is coated with thermoplastic paint to prevent steel wire corrosion.

Identification and length marking: there are permanent identification marks on the outer surface of the cable with an interval of no more than 1m. The marking contents include: conductor diameter, number of pairs, cable model, manufacturer's name code and manufacturing year. The length marks are marked on the outer surface with an interval of no more than 1m.

Other structures:

High frequency isolation (PCM) cable can be provided according to user's needs, expressed as hyagc. It can also be produced according to IEC, BPO and rea standards.
