2.2.2 insulation megger, tape measure, hacksaw, hammer, wrench, electric welding tools and electrical tools.
2.2.3 radio interphone (or simple telephone), hand-held loudspeaker (if possible, multi-functional amplifier can be used for communication).
2.3 operating conditions
2.3.1 civil works shall meet the following conditions:
(1) The reserved holes and embedded parts shall meet the design requirements, the embedded parts shall be installed firmly and the strength shall be qualified.
(2) The floor and plastering work at cable trench, tunnel, shaft and manhole are completed, and the drainage of cable trench is smooth without ponding.
(3) The formwork and other facilities along the cable are removed. The site shall be cleaned, the road shall be unblocked, and the ditch cover plate shall be complete.
(4) The shaft roller, support and cable tray for cable laying have been prepared and meet the safety requirements. The illumination along the cable meets the construction requirements.
(5) The direct cable trench shall be excavated according to the drawing, the bricklaying and plastering of the cable shaft shall be completed, the bottom sand shall be paved, and the sundries in the trench shall be removed. The cover plate and sand are transported to the computer cable beside the ditch, and the high-temperature cable bimetallic thermometer.
2.3.2 equipment installation shall meet the following conditions:
(1) All electrical equipment and distribution boxes and cabinets of electrical equipment in the power transformation and distribution room have been installed.
(2) The installation of cable tray, cable tray, cable support and cable protection pipe has been completed and passed the inspection.
Technical requirements for wire and cable laying
3. Operation process
3.1 process flow
Preparation → laying of directly buried cables; Cable laying along support and bridge → sand laying and brick covering → backfill → burying stake → horizontal laying → vertical laying → hanging signboard → pipe orifice waterproof treatment → hemp stripping and oil brushing → hanging signboard.
3.2 preparation
3.2.1 cables shall be inspected in detail before construction; The specification, model and section voltage level shall meet the design requirements, and the appearance shall be free of distortion, damage, oil leakage, oil leakage, etc.
3.2.2 insulation shake test or voltage withstand test shall be conducted before cable laying.
(1) For cables below 1kV, use a 1kV megger to measure the insulation resistance between lines and to the ground, which shall not be less than 10m Ω.
(2) 3 ~ 10kV cables shall be subject to withstand voltage and leakage test in advance, and the test standard shall comply with the provisions of the national and local power supply departments. If necessary, a 2.5KV megger is still needed to measure whether the insulation resistance is qualified before laying.
(3) For paper insulated cables, if the test is unqualified, check whether the core wire is damp. If it is damp, cut off a section and then test until it is qualified. The inspection method is: peel a piece of core wire insulation paper and light it with fire. If there is a trumpet sound, the cable has been damp.
(4) After the cable test, the oil immersed paper insulated cable shall be sealed with solder (lead tin alloy) immediately. Other cables shall be sealed with PVC tape and then wrapped with black tape.
3.2.3 installation of cable laying machines and tools: when mechanical cable laying is adopted, the machinery shall be installed in an appropriate position, and the steel wire rope and pulley shall be installed. Install the roller in advance when manually laying the cable.
3.2.4 setting of temporary liaison command system:
(1) For short line or outdoor cable laying, radio walkie talkie can be used for communication and hand-held loudspeaker for command.
(2) For cable laying in high-rise buildings, radio walkie talkie can be used as directional contact, simple telephone can be used as whole line contact, and handheld loudspeaker can be used for command (or multi-functional amplifier, which is a special equipment for command and cable laying).
3.2.5 when multiple cables are laid on the bridge or support, the arrangement of cables shall be marked out in the form of table or diagram according to the actual situation on site. In case of cable crossing and confusion.
3.2.6 when the temperature of cable laying in winter fails to meet the specification requirements, the cable shall be heated in advance.
3.2.7 cable handling and support erection:
(1) For short-distance handling of cables, the method of rolling the cable shaft is generally adopted. When rolling, it shall roll in the direction indicated by the arrow on the cable shaft. If there is no arrow, roll according to the cable winding direction, and do not roll in the reverse winding direction to avoid cable relaxation.
(2) The erection location of cable support shall be selected, subject to the convenience of laying, and it is generally appropriate to be near the starting and ending points of cables. During erection, attention shall be paid to the rotation direction of the cable shaft, and the outgoing end of the cable shall be above the cable.
3.3 laying of directly buried cables
3.3.1 remove sundries in the ditch and pave bottom sand or fine soil.
3.3.2 cable laying
(1) The cable laying can be pulled manually or mechanically. Mechanical traction can be used, such as electric winch or skid (dry boat method). During cable laying, it shall be noted that the cable bending radius shall meet the specification requirements.
(2) Proper amount of serpentine bends shall be provided for cable laying in the trench, and appropriate redundancy shall be reserved at both ends of the cable, intermediate joints, in the cable well and at the vertical position difference.
3.3.3 sand laying and brick covering:
(1) After the cable laying is completed, the quality inspection departments of the construction unit, the supervision unit and the construction unit shall be invited to jointly carry out the acceptance of concealed works.
(2) After the concealed works pass the acceptance, the cable shall be covered with 100mm sand or fine soil respectively, and then the cable shall be covered with brick or cable cover plate, and the covering width shall exceed 5cm on both sides of the cable. When using the cable cover plate, the cover plate shall point to the power receiving direction.
