Description

Low smoke halogen free flame retardant control cable
This product is suitable for rated voltage 450 / 750V and below, low smoke, halogen-free flame retardant requirements as control and monitoring circuit.

1、 Technical performance:
1. The product is designed according to GB9330-2008;
2. Usage features
The allowable long-term working temperature of the cable is 90 ℃;
(2) the cable laying temperature should not be lower than 0 ℃, and the recommended bending radius: the bending radius of the cable with armored and copper tape shielding structure should not be less than 12 times of the cable outer diameter; For cables of other structures, the bending radius shall not be less than 6 times of the cable outer diameter.

5、 Main technical indicators

1. Refer to GB9330-2008 for cable dimensions.

2. The DC resistance of conductor shall comply with GB / t3956.

3. The insulation resistance constant at 90 ℃ is not less than 3.67M Ω Km, volume resistivity not less than 1012 Ω Cm。

4. All cables shall undergo 3KV AC voltage test, and the insulation shall not be broken down for 5min.

6、 Delivery length

Delivery is allowed according to the length agreed by both parties, and the length measurement error shall not exceed ± 0.5%.
