Description

1: Product features and uses
This product is suitable for automatic control or monitoring system with AC rated voltage up to and including 450 / 750V, and field shared transmission line for electrical instrument connection.
Low smoke and halogen-free polyolefin has low smoke volume and halogen-free acid gas release during combustion. It belongs to environmental protection cable and is suitable for occasions with special requirements for fire protection.

The flame retardant performance test shall comply with the standard of GB 12666-90
3: Usage features
1. AC rated voltage: U0 / u 450 / 750kV
2.*** High working temperature: PVC (polyethylene) insulation not more than 70 ℃
XLPE insulation 90 ℃
Low smoke halogen free flame retardant polyolefin at 70 ℃
Low smoke halogen-free flame retardant crosslinked polyolefin at 90 ℃ and 125 ℃
3.*** Low ambient temperature: PVC sheath: fixed laying - 40 ℃, non - fixed laying - 15 ℃
4. The installation and laying temperature of cables shall not be lower than 0 ℃.
5. Allowable bending radius of cable: the diameter of non armored cable is less than 6 times of cable outer diameter
6. Copper tape shielded or steel strip armored cable is smaller than 12 times of cable outer diameter

Remarks: Zr should be added before the flame retardant sheath model, and tin plating can be used for copper wire in conductor core.

1. The DC resistance of finished cable conductor (Ω / km. 20 ℃) shall refer to table 3 in Appendix A.
