Description

Purpose:
It is suitable for copper core rubber insulated rubber sheathed mine flexible cables with AC rated voltage uo / U of 3.6/6kv and below.
2. Application characteristics:
1. Shearer flexible cable (UC, UCP), mobile rubber sleeve flexible cable (uy, uyp)
1) the rated voltage of UO / u is 0.38/0.66kv, 0.66/1.14kv and 1.9/3.3kv respectively.
2) the long-term allowable working temperature of cable conductor is 65 ℃.
3) the small bending radius of the cable is 6 times of the cable diameter.
4) yellow sheathed cables shall not be exposed to sunlight for a long time.
2. Reinforced flexible cable for shielding and monitoring of shearer (ucpjb)
1) the rated voltage uo / u is 0.66/1.14kv
2) the long-term allowable working temperature of cable conductor is 90 ℃.
3) the small bending radius of the cable is 15 times of the cable diameter.
4) cables shall not be exposed to sunlight for a long time.
3. Shearer metal shielded flexible cable (ucpt)
　　1） The rated voltage uo / u is 0.66/1.14kv
　　2） The long-term allowable working temperature of cable conductor is 90 ℃.
　　3） The small bending radius of the cable is 6 times of the cable diameter.
4. Shielded monitoring flexible cable (uypj), shielded rubber sleeve flexible cable (uyp, uypt, uypd)
1) the rated voltage uo / u is 3.6/6kv.
2) the long-term allowable working temperature of cable conductor is 90 ℃.
3) the small bending radius of the cable is 6 times of the cable diameter.
4) cables shall not be exposed to sunlight for a long time.
5) the earth core of the cable must be grounded properly.
5. Mining electric drill cable (UZ, uzp), mining mobile light rubber sleeve flexible cable (uyq)
1) the rated voltage uo / u is 0.3/0.5kv
2) the long-term allowable working temperature of cable conductor is 65 ℃.
3) the small bending radius of the cable is 6 times of the cable diameter.
