Compensation cable for intrinsically safe explosion proof thermocouple
Product features and uses: the compensation cable for thermocouple of intrinsically safe explosion-proof temperature measurement system is composed of several pairs of compensation wires for intrinsically safe explosion-proof temperature measurement system. Besides other performance of compensation cable, it also has explosion-proof safety performance. It is suitable for the environment with explosion risk and the occasions with high requirements for explosion-proof safety performance. The cold end of the explosion-proof thermocouple is connected with the explosion-proof temperature measuring instrument to construct a quality safety explosion-proof temperature measurement system.
Product standard: GB / t4989-94 (equivalent to iec584-3).
Application characteristics:
1. Long term service temperature: the heat resistance level is 180 ℃; The common grade is 70 ℃ and 105 ℃.
2. Low ambient temperature: fluoroplastic insulation flame retardant PVC sheath: fixed laying is - 40 ℃, non fixed laying is - 15 ℃, fluoroplastic insulation silicone rubber or fluoroplastic sheath: fixed laying is - 60 ℃, non fixed laying is - 12 ℃
3. Cable installation and laying temperature: flame retardant PVC sheath is not less than 0 ℃, silicone rubber or fluoroplastic sheath is not less than - 60 ℃.
4. Allowable bending radius: copper tape wrapped shielded cable shall not be less than 12 times of cable outer diameter, and other cables shall not be less than 6 times of cable outer diameter.
