K graduation thermocouple compensation lead:
Generally, PVC insulated and sheathed compensating conductor or cable has excellent moisture-proof, wear-resistant and flame-retardant properties; High temperature resistant fluoroplastic insulation and sheath compensation conductor or cable adopts continuous extrusion process, which has advantages of high temperature resistance, cold resistance, acid alkali oil and water resistance, non flame retardation and anti-aging, and the product quality is higher than the national standard GB / t4989-94 (equivalent to iec584-3).
The compensation conductor or cable used in intrinsically safe explosion-proof temperature measurement system is made of low capacitance and low inductance material structure, which has explosion-proof safety performance. It is suitable for the connection of explosion-proof thermocouple cold short circuit and explosion-proof temperature measuring instrument in explosion-proof environment to form intrinsically safe thermocouple temperature measurement system.

1. Conductor * * high working temperature: heat resistance grade: polyfluoroethylene propylene (F46) 200 ℃
Soluble polytetrafluoroethylene 260 ℃, silicone rubber 180 ℃
Ordinary grade: PVC 70 ℃ and 105 ℃, crosslinked polyethylene 90 ℃
Low smoke halogen-free flame retardant polyolefin 70 ℃, crosslinked 90 ℃ and 125 ℃
2. Low ambient temperature: PVC sheath: fixed laying - 40 ℃, non fixed laying - 15 ℃
Fluoroplastic insulation and sheath: fixed laying - 60 ℃, non - fixed laying - 20 ℃
3. Allowable bending radius of cable: the diameter of non armored cable is 6 times of outer diameter
The copper tape shielded or steel strip armored point cable is smaller than 12 times of the outer diameter of the cable
Fluoroplastic insulation and sheath shall be less than 10 times of cable outer diameter

5: Code name and meaning
Scope of application:
Compensation wire and compensation cable are a pair or more pairs of wires or cables with insulation layer which have the same thermoelectric EMF as the matched thermocouple in a certain temperature range (including normal temperature). They are used to connect the thermocouple and the measuring device to compensate the error caused by the temperature change at the junction between them and the thermocouple, Compensation wire and cable are divided into two types: extension type and compensation type.
