Description

I. product features and uses
The function of compensating wire and cable for thermocouple is to extend the cold end of thermocouple and connect with thermometer to form temperature measurement system. The product adopts PVC insulation and sheath, which has excellent moisture-proof, wear-resistant and flame-retardant properties.
II. Product execution standards
This product is in accordance with GB / 4989-94, equivalent to iec584-3 standard
The flame retardancy is in accordance with GB / t1830 3 (iec60332-3)
3. Application characteristics
1. Service temperature: heat resistant grade: 180 ℃, ordinary grade: 70 ℃ and 105 ℃;
2. Low ambient temperature:
Fluoroplastic insulation flame retardant PVC sheath:
Fixed laying: - 40 ℃, non fixed laying - 15 ℃;
Fluoroplastic insulation silicone rubber sheath:
Fixed laying: - 60 ℃, non fixed laying - 20 ℃;
3. Cable installation and laying temperature: fluoroplastic insulation flame retardant PVC sheath is not less than 0 ℃, fluoroplastic insulation silicone rubber sheath is not lower than - 60 ℃;
4. Allowable bending radius: copper tape shielded winding cable shall not be less than 12 times of cable outer diameter, and other cables shall not be less than 6 times of cable outer diameter.
