Fabrication of 10kV XLPE insulated power cable intermediate joint
Manufacturing steps of 10kV XLPE insulated power cable intermediate joint:
1. Cut cable
Overlap the two sections of cables to be jointed from the fracture, and the overlapping length is 200 ~ 300mm; Measure and mark the center line of the overlapping length. At the same time, keep the black filling and turn it back without cutting.
2. Core wire treatment
Put one long and one short black plastic pipe with a diameter of * * * in the heat shrinkable kit into two sections of cable respectively, and then deal with the wire core
3. Close up of pencil head
The pencil head treatment is used to disperse the electric field and distribute the stress.
4. Clean the semiconducting layer
Clean the core wire with the attached cleaning agent (note that the operator should keep his hands clean in the whole process)
5. Wrapped stress control tube
Stress evacuation glue and put it into the stress control pipe (black short pipe in the figure)
6. Baking stress control tube
On the right is the baked stress tube
7. A shielding copper net is sleeved at the tail of the long end
8. Insert insulating materials in turn,
The long end is sheathed with insulating material in turn, and the short end is sheathed with inner semi conducting tube; At the long end, insert (1, inner red inner insulating tube), (2, middle red outer insulating tube), (3, outer black outer half conducting tube) in sequence as shown in the figure; Insert the black inner half conducting tube at the short end
9. Crimping core wire
Pay attention to the crimping quality (the crimping pliers are imported from Germany and fully automatic)
10. Grinding the compression joint
Grinding to eliminate ****** discharge
11. Wrapping on joint
Wrap the black semi conducting tape around the joint and fill the pencil head with stress glue. Wrap the black semi conducting tape on the joint, and the outer diameter of the joint is consistent with the size of the main insulation after wrapping; Fill the pencil head with red stress glue and hide the pencil head
12. Baking inner semi conducting tube
Move the black inner semi conducting tube with the short end sleeved into the joint, bake and shrink, and clean the insulating layer (white), semi conducting tube (black) and stress tube (black) of the whole core wire with supporting detergent
13. Baking internal insulation
Move the red inner insulating pipe sleeved into the inner layer of the long end * * * to the joint, wrap the hot-melt adhesive around the two nozzles of the pipe, and then heat and shrink from the middle to both ends.
14. Baking external insulating pipe
Move the red outer insulating pipe sleeved into the second layer of the long end to the joint, wrap the hot melt adhesive around the two pipe orifices of the pipe, then heat and shrink from the middle to both ends, and wrap high-pressure waterproof tape around both ends for sealing after completion
15. Baking Outer Semiconducting Layer
Move the black outer semi conductive layer sleeved into the outer layer of the long end * * * to the joint, wrap the hot melt adhesive around the two nozzles of the pipe, and then heat and shrink from the middle to both ends
16. Each phase is sheathed into copper mesh shield respectively
Move the sheathed long end and the shielding net to the joint, level the shielding net on each phase by hand, and pay attention to press both ends of the copper net on the original shielding layer of the cable and solder it
17. Binding and shaping
Turn back the filler (see Figure 1) turned up when cutting the cable, and then bind the three-phase core wires together with white gauze tape. Note: whether the joint is round and flat is all here
18. Binding and shaping 2
If possible, a layer of high-voltage heat shrinkable tape can be wrapped outside the white gauze tape to increase the sealing insulation. It can also be wrapped unconditionally
19. Welding ground wire
Connect (weld) the protective steel armor at both ends of the joint with the attached braided copper wire.
20. Baking outer sheath
When the long outer protective sleeve already sleeved in one end of the cable is moved beyond the crimping pipe, it begins to shrink
21. Baking outer protective layer 2
Move the short outer protective sleeve that has already been sleeved in the cable at the other end to the position beyond the pressure connecting pipe, and cover the long outer protective sleeve that shrinks first by 100mm to start heat shrinkage.
22. Completion
Wrap and seal the overlapping part of the outer sheath with black tape. So far, the fabrication of the middle end of the cable is finished!
