It is not that the attenuation of information transmitted by wire is too large, and the ability to prevent interference is insufficient. Now the development of elevator is faster and faster. There is no economic advantage to build a station without wires every ten or twenty meters and connect all stations to the control cabinet.

The poor ability to prevent interference means that the elevator will not move normally when the interference disappears. Sometimes you can try to pull out the cable control cabinet while the elevator is running to see how the elevator moves, which will occur repeatedly on the wireless elevator.

The following requirements shall be met during the installation of elevator traveling line:

(1) The elevator traveling line can be reused when installed.

(2) The cable shall be well placed, and shall not be twisted, wound, touched or damaged by external forces. It shall be on time.

(3) The power line, information transmission, stranded wire, optical fiber and other weak current system wires in the elevator shaft shall be installed separately. The * * * small gap adjacent to the elevator traveling line shall meet the regulations. Different signals and different voltage cables in the same slot shall be arranged according to different categories. For AC lines and interlocking lines, separators and unshielded signal lines shall be installed separately.

(4) When installing the elevator traveling line, the surrounding temperature shall not be lower than zero degrees Celsius. Before installing the elevator traveling line, its specifications, procedures, lines, directions and planning requirements shall be checked.

(5) Cables shall be marked at the front ends of the layout to indicate the initial and terminal directions. The identification shall be simple and clear with correct information.

The length of the wire between the notification room and the equipment is generally three to six meters, the reserved length of the optical cable is between 30 cm and 60 cm, and the optical cable at the end of the equipment is usually five to ten meters long. If there are other requirements, the length needs to be reserved according to the planning requirements.
