1 General requirements for cable construction
1.1 Conductor: annealed copper wire. Unless otherwise specified in the product process, each single wire in the conductor can be tinned or tinned copper wire. Tinned copper wire shall be covered with an effective tin layer.

1.2 insulation
1.2.1 the insulation shall be thermoplastic halogen-free low smoke flame retardant 90 ℃ cable material.
1.2.2 the insulation shall be tightly packed on the conductor.
1.2.3 thickness
The average value of insulation thickness shall not be less than the specified value specified in this process, but the thickness at any point can be less than the specified value, as long as it is not less than 90% - 0.1 of the specified value.

3 packaging, transportation and storage
3.1 packaging
3.1.1 cable products shall be packaged in coils or in coils. The cable reels for reel installation shall comply with the provisions in JB / t8137. In order to prevent damage to the products during storage and transportation, appropriate protection shall be added.
3.1.2 the distance between the outer layer of the coiled cable and the connecting edge of the side plate of the cable tray shall not be less than 60mm. Both ends of the cable shall be sealed and fixed on the cable reel.
3.1.3 the looped products shall be coated with banded materials with certain strength and bound firmly.
3.2 transportation
Cable transportation shall meet the following requirements:
The cable reel shall not be placed horizontally;
Long distance rolling is not allowed;
No impact, crush and any mechanical damage;
It is not allowed to be affected by damp and exposed to the sun for a long time during long-distance transportation.
3.3 storage
Cable storage shall meet the following requirements:
Do not place the cable reel in the horizontal position;
Moistureproof and sun proof;
Prevent extrusion deformation and any mechanical damage.
