Low smoke and halogen-free cable can be divided into low smoke and halogen-free flame retardant series and low smoke and halogen-free fire-resistant series.
Low smoke and halogen-free cable is the French standard rcce and NF series standards, national standards GB / t18380, GB / t19216, GB / t17651, GB / t17650 and international standards.
The low smoke and halogen-free flame retardant cable is difficult to ignite and has the ability to prevent or spread. Moreover, once it is on fire, it has the characteristics of halogen-free, low smoke, non-toxic and non-corrosion. Suitable for high-rise buildings, hotels, hospitals, subways, nuclear power stations, tunnels, power plants, mines, petroleum, chemical industry, etc.
In addition to meeting the characteristics of low smoke, halogen-free and fire-resistant cable, it can also meet the line power supply capacity under fire conditions. It is mainly used for fire alarm, fire fighting equipment, smoke exhaust equipment, emergency passage transportation, lighting and other emergency facilities in the power supply line where fire resistance is required.

According to GB / t18380 According to the test conditions specified in 3-2002, the flame retardant grade of LSZH cable can be divided into four grades: A, B, C and D.

(2) The insulation of low smoke halogen-free cable adopts halogen-free cross-linked polyethylene, and the sheath adopts halogen-free polyolefin material
So all the materials that make up the cable are halogen-free. The amount of smoke released by cable burning is very small, it will not produce a very thick acid mist, toxic gas, toxicity is very small.

1. Rated voltage U of control cable/ U is 450 / 750V.
2. The long-term allowable working temperature of the cable shall not exceed 90 ℃.
3. The ambient temperature should not be lower than 0 ℃
4. Small bending radius of cable installation
A. Low smoke, halogen-free, flame retardant and fire-resistant control cable: the cable without armor layer shall not be less than 6 times of the cable outer diameter, and the cable with armored or copper tape shielding structure shall not be less than 12 times of the cable outer diameter.

6. The conductor core of single core cable shall be round, and the conductor of 16mm2 or above can be pressed tightly. For multi-core cables with cross-section of 35 mm2 and below, the cores shall be circular, and those with cross-section of 50 mm2 or more shall be fan-shaped, tile shaped or semicircular. The fourth core (neutral core) of four core cable can be circular or fan-shaped. The neutral wire of 5-core cable can be round or tile type, and it is allowed to be composed of a single conductor if the neutral wire is 6 mm 2 or less, and multiple single wires for 10 mm 2 and above. The formed conductor (sector, tile or semicircular) shall be pressed tightly.
7、 Main performance
1. Low smoke halogen free flame retardant
1) The flame retardant performance shall be able to pass the burning test of bunched cables in GB 18380. After the test, the height of the burnt or affected part of the cable shall not exceed 2.5m above the flame action point, or the single vertical burning test.
2) Halogen acid gas release test shall pass GB / t17650 1-1998 determination of total amount of halogen acid gas ∠ 5mg / g and GB / t17650 2-19981 determine the acidity of gas by measuring pH value and conductivity (pH value of 1l water ≥ 4.3, conductivity value should not exceed 10us / mm)
3) The smoke density test shall pass GB / t17651 2-1998 smoke density measurement of cable or optical fiber burning under characteristic conditions (minimum value of light transmittance ≥ 60%)
4) The DC resistance of conductor shall comply with GB / t3956
5) Power frequency withstand voltage test: the power cable shall withstand 3500v and not be broken down for 5min. The control cable shall withstand 3000V for 5min without breakdown.
6) It shall be subjected to - 15 ℃ low temperature winding test or low temperature impact test, and there shall be no visible crack on the surface of the sample after the test.
2. Low smoke halogen free fire resistant type
In addition to meeting the performance of flame retardant low smoke halogen-free type, its fire resistance test shall be able to pass the provisions of GB / t19216-2003 in the line integrity test of cable or optical fiber under flame conditions, and 2A fuse shall not be broken when it is burned at 750 ℃ for 90 min.
