Computer shielded cables for intrinsically safe circuits
1: Product features and uses
This product has low capacitance, low inductance, excellent shielding performance and anti-interference performance. The special high-temperature computer cable is made of imported fluoroplastics and fluororubber, which can be used in - 40-260 ℃ environment for a long time. The product has the advantages of non flame retardant, acid, alkali, oil and water resistance. The cable structure is specially designed for intrinsically safe explosion-proof circuit, not used for bridge laying, Moreover, it can be used for cable trench laying and directly buried laying. Special high temperature intrinsically safe computer cable was awarded the National Certificate in 2000. It is suitable for transmission line in DCS and automatic detection system with explosion-proof protection requirements and other harsh environment. Its explosion-proof safety performance is obviously higher than that of DCS cable and computer control cable.

The flame retardant shall comply with the standard of GB 12666-90
3: Usage features
1. AC rated voltage: U0 / u 300 / 500kV
2. High working temperature: polyethylene insulation no more than 70 ℃
XLPE insulation 90 ℃
Low smoke halogen free flame retardant polyolefin at 70 ℃
Low smoke halogen-free flame retardant crosslinked polyolefin at 90 ℃ and 125 ℃
Polyfluoroethylene propylene (F46) insulation shall not exceed 200 ℃
The imported soluble polytetrafluoroethylene (PFA) does not exceed 260 ℃
3. Low ambient temperature: PVC sheath: fixed laying - 40 ℃, non fixed laying - 15 ℃
Fluoroplastic and silicone rubber sheath: fixed laying - 60 ℃, non - fixed laying - 25 ℃.
4. The installation and laying temperature of the cable shall not be lower than 0 ℃ (the high temperature type shall not be lower than - 25 ℃).
5. The allowable bending radius of cable: the diameter of non armored cable is 6 times of the outer diameter of cable, while that of copper tape shielded or steel belt armored cable is 12 times of the outer diameter of cable
