1. Scope
This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules of electronic computer cables (hereinafter referred to as cables).
This product is suitable for power generation, metallurgy, petrochemical and other industrial and mining enterprises distribution system, electronic computer system, automation system signal transmission and detection instruments, meters, etc., as a connecting line.

2. Use environment:
1. Working temperature: no more than 70 ℃ for general type and 105 ℃ for model with 105.
2. Low ambient temperature: fixed laying - 40 ℃ non fixed laying - 15 ℃.
3. Rated voltage U0 / u 450 / 750
4. Small bending radius: the cable without armor layer shall not be less than 6 times of the outer diameter of the cable, and the cable with armored layer shall not be less than 12 times of the outer diameter of the cable.

5. Technical requirements
5.1 conductor
5.1.1 the conductor material shall meet the requirements of gb3953.
5.1.2 type 1 or type 5 conductor in GB / t3956 shall be used for conductor core, and the conductor structure is shown in Table 3.
5.1.3 the conductor surface shall be smooth and clean, free from oil stain, burr, sharp edge and protruding or broken single wire.
5.1.4 the DC resistance of cable conductor at 20 ℃ shall meet the requirements.
