At present, there are three kinds of prefabricated branch cables used in the market. 2. Stripping: the stripping length of the main cable shall not exceed the length dimension of the corresponding cavity figure h in Figure 1. Strip out the conductor part of the main and branch pipes according to the length parameters of the "C" shaped pipe;
3. Crimping: according to the form of Figure 2, use hydraulic pliers to crimp the main pipe and branch conductor together. Each item must be * * * staggered crimped, and the outer diameter of the crimped branch head must correspond to the relevant dimensions in Figure 1 of the cavity;
4. Wrapping: wrap the compression joint and exposed conductor into mica tape, high-voltage insulating tape, waterproof tape and protective tape in order from inside to outside, then wrap all main and branch insulating wire cores with cushion, * * * and then wrap and weld the main and branch steel strips. In this process, attention must be paid to the cushion treatment between the steel strip and the insulated wire core.
The crimping and wrapping of branch conductor is an important link in the connection of branch cable trunk line and branch line. If there is a problem in the quality of a branch head, it will directly affect the product quality of this cable. Therefore, the manufacturing process control of multi-core branch cable is very important in this process. It is particularly important to strengthen people's sense of responsibility in this process.
6. Injection molding: for injection molding, attention must be paid to the good fluidity of the material. In addition, for some low smoke and halogen-free injection plastics, manufacturers with good tensile strength and elongation at break must be selected. If the material is not selected properly, there will be different degrees of cracking between the branch head and the main line and branch line after injection molding, especially for large-size lines, At the same time, it should be noted that the cooling of the branch head after injection molding should be sufficient before loading the tooling plate. When loading the finished product, it must be considered to select the large cylinder, otherwise there will be a gap at the junction of the cable branch head, which will directly affect the product quality.
