5.1 inspection methods and requirements
5.1. 1. For materials produced by qualified suppliers, the performance of the products is stable (no quality problems occur within one year, and the products will be returned), and sampling inspection shall be conducted at intervals.
5.1. 2. Each batch of materials supplied by new manufacturers shall be inspected at random, and those that are qualified for five consecutive sampling shall be transferred to sampling inspection of alternate batches.
5.1. 3. If the materials of the designated manufacturer are inspected once, the unqualified materials shall be sampled and inspected according to the provisions of × ×.
5.1. 4. For each batch of materials, the quality guarantee certificate or test report of the supplier's materials shall be attached.
5.1. 5 sampling method
2 bags or more for each batch.
5.2 test items
5.2. The detectable items are density, tensile strength before aging, elongation at break before aging, volume resistivity at 20 ℃ and dielectric strength.
5.2. 2. For the performance that cannot be detected, the acceptance shall be based on the material test report or warranty, and the test shall be outsourced if necessary.
6 packing
PE material is packed with polyethylene plastic film bag inside and PP woven fabric / kraft paper composite bag externally. The net weight of each bag is 25 ± 0.2kg, but negative tolerance is not allowed per ton.
7 mark
On the packaging of PE materials, the manufacturer's name, material model and name, manufacturing date, net weight, product certificate and other marks shall be indicated.
8 annex
When PE material enters the factory, it shall be attached with the quality assurance certificate or quality inspection sheet of the material manufacturer. The type test report of legal inspection department shall be attached to the first supply. During normal supply, the type test report of legal inspection department shall be provided once every two years.
9 transportation
During transportation, PE materials should not be exposed to the sun and rain, and the packaging should not be damaged. Keep it clean, dry, free from pollution, and keep the package intact.
10 storage
PE materials should be stored in a clean, cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. The storage date is 12 months from the date of production.
