Technical specification for flame retardant black HDPE sheath compound

1 Scope

This specification specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, accessories, transportation and storage requirements of flame retardant black HDPE sheath material (hereinafter referred to as zgh material).

2 requirements and test methods

The requirements and test methods shall be in accordance with table 1.

3 inspection rules

3.1 inspection methods and requirements

3.1. 1. Zgh materials produced by qualified suppliers with stable performance (returned without quality problems within one year) shall be sampled and inspected at intervals.

3.1. 2. Each batch of zgh materials supplied by the new manufacturer shall be inspected at random. If the samples are qualified for five consecutive times, they shall be transferred to the sampling inspection of alternate batches.

3.1. 3. The zgh materials from the designated manufacturers shall be inspected once, and the unqualified ones shall be inspected according to the provisions of the supply materials.

3.1. 4. For each batch of zgh materials, the warranty or test report of the supplier's materials shall be attached.

3.1. 5 sampling method

2 bags or more for each batch.

3.2 test items

3.2. The detectable items are tensile strength, elongation at break, extrusion appearance, volume resistivity, oxygen index and density.

3.2. 2. The performance that cannot be tested shall be accepted according to the manufacturer's test report or warranty.

4 packing

The zgh material is packed in polyethylene plastic film bags and externally in PP woven fabric / kraft paper composite bags with a net weight of 25 ± 0.2kg.

5 mark

Zgh material package must be marked with manufacturer's name, material model and name, manufacturing date, net weight, product certificate and other marks.

6 annex

When zgh materials enter the factory, the quality assurance certificate or quality inspection sheet of the material manufacturer shall be attached. The type test report of legal inspection department shall be attached to the first supply. During normal supply, the type test report of legal inspection department shall be provided once every two years.

7 transportation

Zgh materials should not be exposed to the sun and rain during transportation, and the packaging should not be damaged.

8 storage

Zgh materials shall be stored in a clean, cool, dry and ventilated warehouse, and the storage date shall be 12 months from the date of production.
