3 inspection rules
3.1 inspection methods and requirements
3.1.1 for injection plastics produced by qualified suppliers, the performance of the products is stable (no quality problems occur within one year and the products are returned), and sampling inspection shall be conducted at intervals.
3.1.2 each batch of injection plastics supplied by new manufacturers shall be sampled and inspected. If the samples are qualified for five consecutive times, they shall be transferred to sampling inspection of alternate batches.
3.1.3 if the injection plastic of the designated manufacturer is not qualified once, the sampling inspection shall be conducted according to the provisions of × × ×.
3.1.4 for each approved plastic, the warranty or test report of the supplier's material shall be attached.
3.1.5 sampling method
2 bags or more for each batch.
3.2 test items
3.2.1 the inspection items are tensile strength, elongation at break, density, thermal stability and dielectric strength.
3.2.2 the performance that cannot be tested shall be accepted according to the manufacturer's test report or warranty.
4 packing
Note the plastic is packed with plastic film bag inside and PP woven fabric / PE / kraft paper composite bag is used for external packaging. The net weight of each bag is 25 ± 0.2kg, but no negative tolerance is allowed per ton.
5 mark
The packing bag shall be marked with the name of manufacturer, product name and variety, batch number, color, production date, weight mark, and product certificate shall be attached.
6 annex
When the injection plastics enter the factory, the manufacturer's quality guarantee or quality inspection sheet shall be attached. The type test report of the legal inspection department shall be attached to the first supply. After normal supply, the manufacturer shall also provide the type test report of the statutory inspection department once a year.
7 transportation
Note plastics should not be exposed to the sun and rain during transportation, and the packaging should not be damaged.
8 storage
Plastic injection should be stored in a clean, cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. If it is wet, it must be dried before use. The storage period is 12 months from the production date.
