1 Scope

This specification specifies the model name, requirements, test methods, packaging, accessories, marking, transportation and storage of flexible flame retardant PVC cable material (hereinafter referred to as flexible material).

2 model name

The model name is in accordance with table 1.

3 requirements and test methods

The requirements and test methods are in accordance with table 2.

4 inspection rules

4.1 inspection methods and requirements

4.1.1 for the soft materials produced by the qualified supplier, the product performance is stable (no quality problem occurs within one year and the product is returned), the sampling inspection shall be conducted at intervals.

4.1.2 each batch of soft materials supplied by new manufacturers shall be randomly inspected. If the samples are qualified for five consecutive times, they shall be transferred to sampling inspection of alternate batches.

4.1.3 if the soft materials of the designated manufacturer are inspected once, the unqualified ones shall be inspected according to the provisions of ￥ supplied materials.

4.1.4 for each batch of soft materials, the quality guarantee certificate or test report of the supplier's materials shall be attached.

4.1.5 sampling method

2 bags or more for each batch.

4.2 test items

4.2.1 the inspection items are tensile strength, elongation at break, oxygen index and density.

4.2.2 the performance that cannot be tested shall be accepted according to the manufacturer's test report or warranty.

5 packing

The soft material is packed with polyethylene plastic film bag inside and PP woven fabric / cow leather composite bag externally. The net weight of each bag is 25 ± 0.2kg. No negative tolerance is allowed per ton.

6 mark

The soft material package shall be marked with the manufacturer's name, material model and name, date of manufacture, net weight, product certificate, etc.

7 annex

When the soft materials enter the factory, the quality inspection sheet and quality guarantee certificate of the material manufacturer shall be attached. The type test report of legal inspection department shall be attached to the first supply. During normal supply, the type test report of legal inspection department shall be provided once every two years.

8 transportation

Soft materials should not be exposed to the sun and rain during transportation, and the packaging should not be damaged.

9 storage

Soft materials shall be stored in a clean, cool, dry and ventilated warehouse, and the storage period is 12 months from the date of production.
