3 inspection rules
3.1 inspection methods and requirements
3.1.1 the insulating materials of the same type produced by qualified suppliers have stable performance (returned without quality problems within one year), and spot check once every 5 tons.
3.1.2 for the new insulating materials from qualified suppliers or the insulating materials or samples supplied by the suppliers for the first time, the samples shall be sampled for type test for the first time, and then sampling inspection shall be conducted for the next five supplies. After passing the test, it can be transferred to sampling inspection of alternate batches.
3.1.3 if the insulating material is found to be unqualified once, it shall be sampled according to the supply regulations of × ×.
3.1.4 for each batch of insulating materials, the quality guarantee certificate or test report of the supplier's materials shall be attached.
3.1.5 sampling method
2 bags or more for each batch.
3.2 test items
3.2.1 the detectable items are tensile strength, elongation at break, dielectric strength, volume resistivity, 80 ℃ volume resistivity, oxygen index and density.
3.2.2 the performance that cannot be tested shall be accepted according to the manufacturer's test report or warranty.
4 packing
The insulating material is packed with plastic film bag inside and PP woven fabric / kraft paper composite for external use. The net weight of each bag is 25 ± 0.2kg, but negative deviation is not allowed per ton.
5 mark
PVC insulation material package must be marked with: name of manufacturer, material model and name, date of manufacture, net weight, product certificate, etc.
6 annex
When the PVC insulating material enters the factory, the quality guarantee certificate or quality inspection report of the manufacturer shall be attached. At the time of first supply, the manufacturer shall attach the type test report of the legal inspection department. During normal supply, the manufacturer shall provide the type test report of the statutory inspection department every two years.
7 transportation
PVC insulating materials should not be exposed to the sun and rain, and the packaging should not be damaged.
8 storage
Insulating materials shall be stored in a clean, cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. The storage period is 12 months from the date of production.
