3 inspection rules
3.1 inspection methods and requirements
3.1.1 high insulation materials of the same type produced by qualified suppliers have stable performance (returned without quality problems within one year), and spot check once every 5 tons.
3.1.2 for new insulation materials from qualified suppliers or high-voltage materials or samples supplied by suppliers for the first time, type test shall be conducted on samples for the first time, and sampling inspection shall be conducted for the following five times of supply. After passing the test, it can be transferred to sampling inspection of alternate batches.
3.1.3 if the sampling of high-voltage electrical materials is found to be unqualified once, the sampling shall be carried out according to the provisions of × ×.
3.1.4 for each batch of high-voltage materials, the quality guarantee certificate or test report of the supplier's materials shall be attached.
3.1.5 sampling method
2 bags or more for each batch.
3.2 test items
3.2.1 the inspection items are extrusion appearance, tensile strength, elongation at break, oxygen index and density.
3.2.2 the performance that cannot be tested shall be accepted according to the manufacturer's test report or quality guarantee, and periodic outsourcing test shall be conducted.
4 packing
High voltage materials are packed with plastic film bags inside and PP woven fabric / kraft paper composite for external use. The net weight of each bag is 25 ± 0.2kg, and negative deviation is not allowed per ton.
5 mark
The package of high-voltage electrical materials shall be marked with the name of manufacturer, material model and name, date of manufacture, net weight and product certificate.
6 annex
When high-voltage electrical materials enter the factory, the quality assurance certificate or quality inspection report of the manufacturer shall be attached. At the time of first supply, the manufacturer shall attach the type test report of the legal inspection department. During normal supply, the manufacturer shall provide the type test report of the statutory inspection department every two years.
7 transportation
High voltage materials should not be exposed to the sun and rain, and the packaging should not be damaged.
8 storage
High voltage materials should be stored in a clean, cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. The storage period is 12 months from the date of production.
