notes : PVC nitrile materials can be divided into insulating materials and sheathing materials according to their uses, which are expressed as V / n-j and V / N-H respectively; Nitrile materials can be divided into 70 ℃, 90 ℃ and 105 ℃ according to the service temperature.
3 requirement
The requirements of nitrile material meet the requirements of Table 1.

4 test method
4.1 except for oil resistance test, the test methods of other items in the above table shall be carried out according to GB / t8815 standard.
4.2 oil resistance test
The sample is made according to the heat aging test in GB / t8815 standard and soaked in 20 ᦇ mechanical oil. And in the natural ventilation of the electrothermal aging chamber according to the specified temperature and time. Then take it out, wipe off the surplus mechanical oil on the surface of the sample, and then place it at room temperature for 4 hours, and then conduct the large change rate test of tensile strength and elongation at break after oil resistance test. The test results are calculated as follows:
V a =(E one -E zero )E zero × 100% (1)
V b =(F one -F zero )F zero × 100% (2)
5 Inspection rules
5.1 inspection methods and requirements
5.1.1 for materials of the same model produced by qualified suppliers, the product performance is stable (no quality problems occur within one year and the products are returned), and sampling inspection shall be conducted once a month.
5.1.2 for new materials from qualified suppliers or materials or samples supplied by suppliers for the first time, samples shall be taken for type test for the first time, and sampling inspection shall be carried out for the following five times of supply. After passing the test, it can be transferred to batch sampling inspection.
5.1.3 if the material is found to be unqualified once in sampling, it shall be sampled according to the provisions of × ×.
5.1.4 each batch of materials shall be attached with the warranty or test report of the supplier's materials.
5.1.5 sampling method
2 bags or more for each batch.
5.2 test items
5.2.1 the inspection items are extrusion appearance, 20 ℃ volume resistivity, tensile strength before aging and elongation at break before aging.
5.2.2 for the performance that cannot be detected, the acceptance shall be based on the material test report or warranty, and the test shall be outsourced if necessary.
6 packing
NBR material should be packed in plastic bags and packed in polyethylene / kraft paper composite bags. The net weight of each bag is 25 ± 0.2kg, but negative tolerance is not allowed per ton.
7 sign
The package shall be marked with manufacturer, registered trademark, heat and moisture proof mark, product name, batch number, color, date of production, net weight, and shall be pasted with color mark and product certificate.
8 enclosure
The quality inspection report or quality assurance certificate of the manufacturer shall be attached to the product when the nitrile material is delivered to the factory. The type inspection report of legal inspection department shall be attached to the first supply. After normal supply, the type inspection report of the current year's legal inspection department shall be submitted once a year.
9 transport
During transportation, it should be protected from the sun, rain and damp, and the package should be protected from damage.
10 Storage
Nitrile material shall be stored in a clean, cool, dry and ventilated warehouse, and the storage period shall be 12 months from the date of production.
