Characteristics of control cable
When the insulated cores of 5-core and below cables are marked with color, the preferred colors and color sequence are as follows:
Two core cable: no preferred color;
Three core cable: Green / yellow, light blue, brown; Or light blue, black, brown;
Four core cable: Green / yellow, light blue, black and brown; Or light blue, black, brown, black, brown;
Five core cable: Green / yellow, light blue, black, brown, black or brown; Or light blue, black, brown, black or brown, black or brown;
The insulation color of insulated cores with digital signs is obviously different from that of digital signs. The preferred color is black and the number is white.
e. The insulating material shall be flame retardant PVC insulating plastic, its performance shall comply with the provisions of GB / t8815-2002, and its oxygen index oi shall not be less than 32%.
4.5.3 cabling
The insulated core shall be twisted into a cable, and the twisting direction of * * * outer layer shall be in the right direction, and its twisting pitch: the fixed hard structure cable shall not be greater than 20 times of the stranded outer diameter; The flexible structure cable used in mobile occasions shall not be greater than 16 times of the stranded outer diameter. The gap between insulated cores is allowed to be filled with flame retardant and non hygroscopic materials.
4.5.4 shielding
a. Shielded cables shall have a shielding layer composed of copper tape or round copper wire braided outside the cable core. Other suitable shielding materials and forms are allowed if necessary, but provisions shall be made.
b. 0.05 ~ 0.10mm soft copper tape is allowed to be overlapped and wrapped for copper tape shielding, and the overlap rate shall not be less than 15%.
C. The round copper wire braiding shield is composed of soft round copper wire or tinned round copper wire, and its braiding density is not less than 80%.
d. The braid shall not be connected as a whole, and the exposed copper head shall be trimmed. It is allowed to replace the metal ingot once every 1m length.
e. Braid density (k) is expressed as a percentage and determined by the following formula:
Kf= mnd 2 Л D[1+ Л 2D2 L2 ]1/2
K=(2Kf-K2 f) × 100%﹪
