Description
Structural principle
Yx-160-b explosion proof electric contact pressure gauge is composed of flameproof enclosure, measuring system, electric contact group, regulating device and outlet box. The flameproof shell of the pressure gauge has good flame-proof performance. Therefore, the explosion-proof electric contact pressure gauge can withstand the explosion pressure produced by the explosive gas mixture inside the shell once it causes explosion, and can effectively prevent the heat energy generated from it from spreading smoothly, However, it can only spread out slowly along the small gap of the flameproof joint surface inside the shell. At this time, the instantaneous temperature transmitted to the outside of the shell has been reduced below the ignition point temperature of the explosive gas mixture, so it will not cause detonation propagation.
The working principle of the explosion-proof electric contact pressure gauge is based on the elastic deformation of the detecting element (spring tube in the measuring system), which drives the contact in the electric contact group to produce corresponding action (closing or breaking) through mechanical transmission, so as to make the circuit in the pressure control system connected or disconnected, so as to realize the purpose of automatic control alarm and on-site indication.

The operating environmental conditions are: - 10 ~ 50 ℃, relative humidity is not more than 80%, and the explosive mixture should belong to class IIB and below T4 group. The working vibration and sharp pulsation of measured medium have no influence on the reliable action of instrument contact.
Temperature effect: the indication value is not more than 0.4% / 10 ℃, and the set point is not more than 0.6% / 10 ℃ (the use temperature deviates from 20 ± 5 ℃).
