Description

1. Product use
The flame retardant control cable for coal mine is suitable for fixed and mobile flame retardant control, monitoring circuit and protection circuit for coal mine with rated voltage of 450 / 750V and below. It can be used as the control wiring between electrical equipment in coal mine.

3. Service characteristics
3.1 rated voltage U0 / u: 450 / 750V
3.2 long term working temperature of cable conductor: 70 ℃ for PVC insulation.
: 90 ℃ for XLPE insulation.
In case of short circuit (* * long duration no more than 5 s), high temperature of cable conductor shall not exceed 160 ℃ for PVC insulation and 250 ℃ for XLPE insulation
3.3 the temperature of cable laying shall not be lower than 0 ℃.
3.4 recommended allowable bending radius
The cable without armor layer shall not be less than 6 times of cable outer diameter.
The cable with armored layer or copper tape shielding structure shall not be less than 12 times of the outer diameter of the cable.
Flexible cable with shielding layer structure shall not be less than 6 times of cable outer diameter.
